General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sg7 Casino ("sg7," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the sg7 Casino website located at sg7.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by sg7 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on sg7. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sg7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security to your account.

sg7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified sg7 of a security breach in a timely manner and sg7 has confirmed the breach.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or other contact details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting sg7 support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

sg7 Casino supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players, for informational purposes:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sg7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

sg7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

sg7 Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all sg7 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• sg7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.
• sg7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on sg7 Casino use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is determined by the game's mathematical design and is not manipulated by sg7.

By participating in any game on sg7, you acknowledge and accept that:

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on sg7.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss or corruption of account data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sg7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered therein.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, sg7's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall sg7's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sg7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may close your sg7 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

sg7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• sg7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account would expose sg7 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of termination for cause, sg7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, sg7 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and sg7 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, sg7 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

sg7 Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sg7 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
